RAWALPINDI: Head Constable Sanaullah succumbed to his wounds and embraced martyrdom on Friday after he was critically injured during an intelligence-based operation in Quetta on Wednesday, according to a tweet by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General (DG) Major General Asif Ghafoor.

Military Intelligence’s Colonel Sohail Abid was also martyred in the same operation.

ISPR said that Lashkar-e-Jhangvi’s (LeJ) Balochistan chief Salman Badeni and two would-be suicide bombers were gunned down during the operation.

The martyred head constable left behind a widow and two kids.
