SARGODHA: At least one person died while four others were injured when a truck hit a qingqi rickshaw on Wednesday.
Police said that an over speeding truck knocked down a qingqi rickshaw at Phularwan Road in Sargodha. One person died in the accident while four others were seriously injured.
The truck driver escaped the scene. The body and injured were shifted to hospital for medico-legal formalities.
The police impounded the truck, rickshaw and after registering a case against the driver at large have started raids for his arrest.
