SIALKOT: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) foiled money laundering bid and arrested two culprits at Sialkot Airport on Friday.
The FIA sources said that during the search of baggage of two passengers leaving for Sharjah through a private airline flight at Sialkot International Airport, 47,700 UAE Dirhams were recovered.
The FIA officials confiscated the recovered foreign currency, arrested the culprits identified as Muhammad Khan and Muhammad Musa Shahid, hailing from Gujranwala district.
The detainees were being interrogated at concerned FIA police station.
