LAHORE: A Chinkara deer gives birth to a fawn at Lahore Zoo on Friday. After the birth of this fawn, its population has increased to five in the zoo. Before that, there were three female and one male deer were inhabiting the zoo.
The Lahore Zoo management sources explained that despite a strict ban on hunting of Chankara deer, the species is still on the brink of extinction.
