BAJAUR AGENCY: A number of tribal elders of Bajaur Agency on Thursday announced to support the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) stance of an independent Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) province.
Addressing a joint meeting of JUI-F leaders and tribal elders, JUI-F local leader Maulana Abdur Rasheed informed the elders about his party policy on the future of the tribal region, saying that a separate province of FATA was in the best interests of the people and also a solution to their problems.
The elders also showed resolve to support the JUI-F gathering against the merger of FATA with KP, on December 30.
