LAHORE: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Enforcement Cell has sealed a medicine factory in Nawab Town area for manufacturing substandard drugs.
Deputy Director Jameel Ahmad Khan ordered Inspector Nasir to launch a crackdown against the factory owners and seal the premises where this illegal business was going on.
According to reports, the factory’s owner was taken into custody whereas a large proportion of fake medicines were confiscated from within the factory.
After the operation was conducted, an FIR (First Information Report) was filed against the factory owner.
