Nawaz on a collision course with institutions: Babar Awan

LAHORE: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) leader Babar Awan, commenting on former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, said he was adopting the policy of conflict with the state institutions, and pushing the country towards a crisis.

Addressing a press conference in Lahore on Wednesday, he alleged that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has pushed Pakistan into three big crises, particularly pitting the institutions against each other.

“The government is passing unconstitutional laws keeping the parliament in dark just to retain its reign,” he said.

He asked on what basis a disqualified Nawaz Sharif is being given state protocol, whereas the children of Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi were not allowed to enter into the PM House.
