LAKKI MARWAT: Armed men gunned down a teenage girl and injured her mother over a marriage feud here Wednesday.
As per police reports, the culprits, disgruntled over the rejection of a marriage proposal barged into a house located in village Langer Khel Pacca of Lakki Marwat and opened indiscriminate fire at the residents.
As a result of the firing, a teenage girl was killed while her mother sustained bullet wounds. The attackers fled the scene of the incident. The deceased’s body and the injured were moved to the hospital.
The police have lodged a case against the assailants and raids have been initiated to arrest the accused.
