PM urges MPs for timely completion of development schemes

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Monday urged the parliamentarians to ensure timely completion of ongoing developmental schemes in their respective constituencies, a press release stated on Monday.

Talking to Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) assembly members from Sahiwal Division at the PM Office, he said the government was determined to continue making every possible effort for the socioeconomic uplift of the people of the country.

He called upon the elected representatives to reach out to the people and play their role in highlighting the problems of the people along with addressing these issues.

Besides Parliamentary Affairs Minister Sheikh Aftab Ahmed, MNAs Nadeem Abbass Rabaira, Ch Riazul Haq, Syed Mohammad Ashiq Hussain Shah, Rao Mohammad Ajmal Khan, Mohammad Moeen Wattoo, Syed Imran Ahmed Shah, Ch Mohammad Ashraf, Ch Mohammad Tufail, Ch Mohammad Munir Azhar, Sardar Mansab Ali Dogar, Syed Mohammad Athar Hussain Shah Gillani and Rana Zahid Hussain Khan were present during the meeting.

Developmental projects and issues relating to constituencies of the respective MNAs were discussed during the meeting.
