Imran Khan flies to London on five-day visit

Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan has left for London on a five-day visit.

According to media reports, Imran Khan flew to London on Saturday, along with his two sons Salman Khan and Qasim Khan, who had come to Pakistan to celebrate Eidul Azha.

PTI chief took Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight number PK-785 from Benazir International Airport.

PTI leader Usman Dar is also accompanying him to London, where PTI chief will meet other party leaders.

Awami Muslim League chairman Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed, PTI spokesperson Fawad Chaudhry, Naeem Ul Haque and Secretary General Jahangir Tareen, Babar Awan are already in London.

Tareen said that he was visiting the city for a medical checkup.

“It was a routine check-up which I undergo every 6 months. All reports and tests are fine and I shall be leaving for Pakistan soon,” he added.

Earlier, PTI chief asked people in Lahore rally to vote for PTI candidate Yasmin Rashid in NA-120 by-poll if they wish to strengthen the judiciary. He said people can thank Supreme Court judges and judiciary by supporting his party.

He said people should reject Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N). He claimed that Sharif family, including Nawaz Sharif and his children, became billionaires in a few years while it took him more than a decade of playing cricket to be able to afford the London apartment.
