ISLAMABAD: Chairman Senate Mian Raza Rabbani said stability, democratic system and rule of law are pre-requisites for development and prosperity of the country.
Addressing a seminar in Karachi, he said Pakistan has undergone different experiments in dictatorial regimes and it cannot afford another one.
Raza Rabbani said the country faced many problems due to actions and amendments in the constitution by dictators.
