SHEIKHUPURA: Police killed at least two dacoits in an alleged encounter on Thursday, in Sheikhupura.
According to the District Police Officer Sarfaraz Khan Virk, around seven armed bandits were caught red-handed looting civilians in Miley Buland area.
The dacoits opened fire on the policemen, as soon as they spotted them. The police officer maintained that the police retaliated which resulted in the death of two bandits on the spot, whereas five of their accomplices fled the scene.
