A citizen has lodged a complaint with Islamabad’s SSP against head constable of federal police for harassing, kidnapping and hurling life threats on him within the jurisdiction of Ramna police.
The complainant Samar Gul told the SSP that head constable Muhib Shah harasses and tortures him daily. He said that two days ago, Shah along with his son, a man and woman stormed into his house. They tortured him badly, threatened him of dire consequences if he reported to any government official.
