ISLAMABAD: Ramna police station’s duty officer and station house officer (SHO) were suspended for misbehaving with a complainant.
An inquiry was also launched into the issue.
A man had approached police to launch a case pertaining to the alleged assault against his son, according to police.
The staff dragged the complainant and his son outside the station.
A passerby informed the Islamabad inspector general of police (IGP) of the situation who suspended the duty officer and the SHO.
Moreover, a case was also registered pertaining to the complainant’s application.
