Pakistan parliamentary delegation reaches Turkey

ISLAMABAD: An 11-member parliamentary delegation led by National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq on Sunday reached Ankara.

Turkish Parliament Secretary General Mehmet Ali Kumbuzoglu, Turkey-Pakistan Friendship Group Chairman in Turkish Parliament Muhammet Balta, Pakistan Ambassador to Turkey Sohail Mahmood, the Ankara deputy governor, and senior officials of the Turkish Parliament and Pakistan Embassy received the delegation.

The Pakistan Parliamentary delegation comprises of MNAs, including Muhammad Parvez Malik, Shagufta Jumani, Seema Mohiuddeen Jameeli, Tahira Aurangzeb, Shaista Pervez Malik, Mujahid Ali, Syed Amir Ali Shah Jamote, and Sheikh Salahuddin.

National Assembly Secretary Abdul Jabbar Ali and National Assembly Public Relations Director General Muhammad Anwar Sial are also accompanying.

The delegation will meet with Turkish Grand National Assembly Speaker Ismail Kahraman as well as Turkish leadership.

They will also visit Konya and Istanbul.
