KARACHI: The chief justice and Sindh High Court judges have ordered the transfer and posting of the following Civil Judges and Judicial Magistrates with an immediate effect and in the public interest:
Muhammad Hashim is transferred from Karachi South to Thatta against the post lying vacant.
Shahnawaz Jamari is transferred from Malir to Hyderabad against the post lying vacant.
The Karachi South and Malir district sessions judges were ordered to transfer the cases from the courts falling vacant owing to transfer of above named judicial officers to some other courts for disposal in accordance with the law.
