ISLAMABAD: A man was killed in a collision between a truck and motorcycle within the jurisdiction of Tarnol police.
According to media reports, Shaukat Mehmood, uncle of the victim, lodged a complaint with the local police that his nephew identified as Muhammad Usman, 22, was on a motorcycle when a truck no GLT-4079 hit him near Peshawar Road. Resultantly, he died on the spot.
The body was shifted to nearby local hospital for medico-legal formalities and later handed over to relatives of deceased.
The police have registered a case and started an investigation.
