Provincial Ombudsperson for Protection against Harassment at Workplaces Farkhanda Wasim Afzal convicted a government school headmaster on Monday for harassing three female teachers.
The applicants had alleged in their complaints that the headmaster harassed them at their workplace with his immoral and salacious talk.
The provincial ombudsperson, after hearing detailed arguments of the parties and recording statements of the witnesses, stopped two annual increments of the headmaster.
The ombudsperson further directed the authorities concerned that the headmaster should not be appointed to female institutions.
