Anti-terrorism Court (ATC) has adjourned the case hearing of Imran Farooq Murder case till February 9 due to non-appearance of the prosecutor.
ATC Judge Syed Kosar Abbas Zaidi took up the case for hearing on Thursday.
During the course of hearing, medical report of Muazzam Ali was presented in the court. Barrister Saif on behalf of Muazzam Ali appeared in the court and took the plea that government was using different delaying tactics in this case and it could not present any evidence in the court so far.
He said that Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar writes a letter to British authorities on every second and third day but he can’t ensure justice to arrested suspects in his own country.
The court has adjourned the case hearing till Feb 9.
