LAHORE: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Saturday adjourned the hearing of Model Town case till January 31 in terms of its maintainability.
According to details, the petition was filed by Idara-e-Minhaj-ul-Quran in which about 127 persons including Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Federal Railway Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique and Provincial Minister Rana Sana Ullah were held responsible for the incident and asked the court to summon all these persons.
During the course of proceedings, footage of the incident was also submitted before the court by the petitioner while counsels of petitioner would submit their power of attorney on next hearing.
