Renowned television actress and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MPA Kanwal Nauman returned to Punjab assembly on Tuesday after recovering from illness.
The MPA returned to assembly after 65 days of her illness and received a warm welcome from her fellow female members.
Other members of Punjab assembly also wished her well and welcomed her in the House by thumping the desk.

Kanwal Nauman stated that she got a second life which she wants to spend while serving the oppressed.
The MPA was rushed to Jinnah Hospital in Lahore on January 31, 2016 as she suffered a brain hemorrhage at her Gulberg residence.
She underwent two operations whereas the doctors blamed high blood pressure for the stroke.
