The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Wednesday ordered to withhold the salary of the defence secretary for non-submission of reply in a missing person case.
A two-member bench of the SHC headed by Justice Sajjad Ali Shah was hearing the case of missing person, Muhammad Sajjad.
The court ordered withholding the salary of defence secretary for his failure to submit reply in the case.
The court expressed anger over defence secretary’s non-submission of reply and adjourned the hearing until June 12.
Muhammad Sajjad, a resident of FB Area, is missing since December 26, 2012 and could not be recovered so far.
