Punjab Labour Minister and PML-N Punjab President Raja Ashfaq Sarwar Tuesday said that the government was pursuing people’s welfare oriented agenda to improve their lives.
Talking to party workers, he said the party’s leadership was striving hard to improve the economy and major projects launched recently would usher development and progress.
“A comprehensive policy is being pursued to improve working conditions for labourers. As per promise, the Punjab chief minister has already announced incentives for the working class.”
The minister said a huge chunk of the provincial budget was being spent on the welfare of labourers and their families. He assured that PML-N government would soon be able to eliminate load shedding from the country.
