The Islamabad High Court on Friday reserved verdict into a case about the termination of NADRA Chairman Tariq Malik following a daylong hearing.
Malik’s counsel Babar Sattar said that the NADRA chairman would continue working until the completion of his tenure. The government had sacked Tariq Malik overnight by issuing a notification through the Establishment Division.
Malik refused to accept the decision and moved the IHC. The court directed him to continue his job until furhter orders.
