Corruption and nepotism in Pakistan Railways will be immediately stopped and accountability will be ensured, Minister for Railways Saad Rafique said on Friday.
Addressing a gathering‚ he said condition of the department was very critical and it would take the government a few years to improve it.
He hoped following strict measures, the performance of the Pakistan Railways would improve.
Saad said he had neither violated discipline himself nor would he allow anyone else to do so.
