The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) on Saturday decided to sit on opposition benches in the Balochistan Assembly.

Addressing a joint press conference along with Ismail Gujjar, Captain Abdul Khaliq, Tahir Mahmud, Humayun Aziz and Nawabzada Lashkari Raisani, Sardar Sanaullah Zehri said PML-N would play its role as an opposition party in the assembly.

He said all PML-N ministers are submitting their resignations in Balochistan. Zehri said his party had held talks with PML (like-minded) and independent candidates.

He said a partial caretaker government would not be tolerated in the province. He claimed that several PML-Q members had contacted PML-N with an intention to join it.
