Former prime minister Yousaf Raza Gilani on Monday said Dr Tahirul Qadri had no political status and was motivating and mobilizing the people in his personal capacity.
Talking to the media in Raiwand, he said no one was taking Qadri’s long march seriously and the people had rejected his call.
Condemning the Quetta carnage‚ Gilani said that the scourge of terrorism had plagued the country. He stressed that the political leadership needed to sit together to find a solution to curb the recent wave of extremism and terrorism in the country.
