Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan is going to embark upon a “Mass Contact Drive” in the country from Tuesday, according to a statement issued by the party office on Saturday. Khan is expected to address public gatherings in Punjab and Sindh.
In the first part of the campaign, Khan would visit different cities in central and south Punjab while he would address rallies in Sindh during the second phase. Party’s senior leaders including President Makhdoom Javed Hashmi, Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi and others would also accompany him.
Khan would address a public gathering in Lodhran on December 11 and one in Layya on Dec 2. A rally would also be organised in Lahore on December 14 while he would be visiting Gujranwala and Wazir Abad on December 15. On December 16, the PTI chairman would visit Lahore again while on December 17-18, he would address public gatherings in Kasur, Okara and Sahiwal. In the second phase, Khan would address public gatherings in Karachi and other areas of Sindh on December 23 to 24. From December 27 to 28, Khan would visit his native city in Mianwali.
