Interior Minister Rehman Malik has said that no decision has yet been taken to suspend mobile service on Eid.
In a statement he said a high level committee is reviewing the law and order situation and a decision would be made in the interest of safety of life and property of the citizens.
He urged media not to speculate on the matter.
