Our government was continously begging from different donors from abroad and after unaccomplished mission of begging, our government is borrowing money from the State Bank of Pakistan. Instead of adopting austerity measures, we can witness government expanditures go uncontrolable because of a huge cabinet and perks and privileges of parliamentarians for no reason. Every borrowing has caused huge burden on the poor masses but who cares.
