An army operation would not be conducted in Karachi since Pakistan Rangers had performed satisfactorily and dozens of target killers had been arrested, Sindh Home Minister Manzoor Wassan said to media on Wednesday.

He said the government has appointed six Anti-Terrorism court judges upon Supreme Court instructions.

He said 62 target killers had been arrested during the operations. He said the SC’s suo moto notice of the Karachi situation was a good step.
