National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) on Wednesday allowed an increase of Rs 0.61 per kWh in the applicable tariff for distribution companies (DISCOs) on account of variations in the fuel charges for the month of May.
According to the notification of NEPRA, the increase will be applicable to all consumer categories except lifeline consumers.
