Pakistan Textile City Limited organised a Project Pre-launch event at a local hotel. Federal Minister for Textile Industry Makhdoom Shahabuddin was the Chief Guest at the occasion. Other attendees included leading textile industrialists, foreign diplomats, and heads of textile associations.
A keen interest was demonstrated in the Textile City project. Minister of Textile Industry affirmed that the project will be a key to the revival of the textile sector and enhancement of exports. The minister offered complete support from Government of Pakistan to make Textile City a benchmark industrial zone.
