President Asif Ali Zardari has stopped PPP leaders from giving counter statements against MQM.
PPP sources said that MQM following its separation from the ruling coalition, resignation of governor Sindh and decision to sit on opposition benches had criticised PPP leadership and government.
The sources added that the president had directed party leaders not to give any controversial statement against MQM.
