At least three people were killed and five others injured in a suicide bomb blast in Matni bazar, officials said on Monday.
According to police, a suicide bomber blew himself up when he was stopped to enter the Hujra of a Razakar in Matni, a busy area of Peshawar. The intensity of the blast was so high that it destroyed several shops nearby.
The wounded people were shifted to the Lady Reading Hospital while the police surrounded the area and started search operation.
