JUI-F alleges irregularities in PB-36 re-polling process

QUETTA: The Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazl (JUI-F) has raised concerns over alleged rigging during the re-polling held in the PB-36 constituency. According to the party, the electoral process was marred by irregularities, and they have called for an investigation into the matter.

JUI-F representatives stated that the re-polling, which took place after previous voting was declared void, did not meet the standards of transparency and fairness. The party claimed that their polling agents were not allowed to perform their duties at several polling stations, and that the process was influenced by external factors.

Party officials further alleged that the results of the re-polling do not reflect the will of the people. They have demanded that the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) take notice of the situation and ensure that the concerns raised are addressed in a timely manner.

JUI-F has also called on relevant authorities to conduct a thorough inquiry into the reported irregularities. The party emphasized the importance of upholding democratic norms and ensuring that all electoral processes are conducted in a free and fair manner.

No official response from the Election Commission regarding the allegations has been reported so far.
