Iran accuses US and Israel of plotting false flag drone attacks to implicate Tehran

Tehran — Iran has warned regional countries of what it describes as a “deceptive, satanic” plot by the United States and Israel to carry out false flag drone attacks and blame Tehran for them.

According to an official statement from the Iranian foreign ministry, the US and Israel have allegedly replicated Iran’s Shahed-136 drone and are using these copies to conduct attacks in the region. The ministry claimed that these operations are designed to frame Iran and escalate tensions in the Middle East.

The Iranian foreign ministry stated, “The US and Zionist regime have copied Iran’s Shahed-136 drone and are carrying out false flag attacks in regional countries to blame Iran.” The statement further warned neighboring states to be vigilant against such tactics, which it described as “deceptive and satanic.”

The ministry urged countries in the region to “exercise full vigilance in the face of such plots and not fall into the trap set by the enemies of the region.” The statement emphasized that Iran has repeatedly warned about such provocations and attempts to destabilize the area by external actors.

The Iranian government’s warning comes amid heightened tensions in the Middle East, with several recent drone attacks reported in various countries. Iran has denied any involvement in these incidents and maintains that it is being targeted by a disinformation campaign orchestrated by the US and Israel.

The foreign ministry reiterated Iran’s commitment to regional stability and called on neighboring countries to cooperate in countering what it described as “malicious efforts” to disrupt peace and security in the region.
