Drug dealers or royals?
The marriage of Crown Prince Haakon and Mette Maarit Holby reveals a tangled web of royal ties, drug scandals, and shocking allegations involving Jeffrey Epstein. Discover the complexities of their legacy.

When Crown Prince Haakon of Norway married Mette Maarit Holby back in 2001, she had a lot of baggage. First of all, she was from a working-class family. To top that, the Crown Prince was not her first relationship. There had been others. One of them was with Morten Borg, of which the very visible result, Marius Borg Holby had been born at the time. Morten Borg was not around, though, complicating all the wedding seating plans, because he was away doing a stretch for drug dealing.
So apart from making sure that guests of Crown Princess are searched discreetly for banned substances, the Norwegian royal family has accepted her into its core. The only resistance is being shown by her father-in-law, King Harald V, who is 99, and who succeeded only in 1990. Haakon would be Haakon VIII, though his stepson, the drugdealer’s son, seems to have a distressing habit of criminally assaulting women while they are asleep. He’s facing 38 charges in this connection.
That seems an odd perversion to have. At least it doesn’t explain another problem the Norwegian royals seem to have, which is to explain why the recently released Epstein emails mention her so often. Apparently the late Jeffrey Epstein like to collect royals, and he reached not just the Norwegians, but the British too, through Andrew, then the Duke of York.
Andrew was recently with the police, who let him go after questioning, who were after his giving to Epstein use of information made available to him as a trade envoy and not any potential trafficking of minors, an allegation made against him after Epstein sent over underage girlds on his private jet for Andrew’s entertainment.
I don’t what the drill is in the UK, but over here he would have to get dove-grey pumps, a black laacha and a yellow kurta with a blue polkadot print. Maybe the English police will let him off the fright wig considered compulsory over here.
I wonder what happens to the title of Duke of York. It’s supposed to go to the King’s second son, and Andrew had duly got it. He’s been stripped of it, so shouldn’t it now go to Prince Harry? (When Andy’s association with Epstein was unknown, it was thought that he’d take his grandfather’s title of Duke of Edinburgh). But Harry’s withdrawn from the Royal family, for marrying Meghan Markle, not because she was an actress, but because she was black.
Over here, we’ve got interesting things happening. It seems we can’t get Imran released the way Andrew was, and though the PTI has got a lot going because Shah Mahmood Qureshi was invited to Epstein’s island but Imran wasn’t, it called off its sit-in outside Parliament House, with KP CM Sohail Afridi announcing the formation of an Imran Release Force,
That reminds of the qabza group leader who once took over his own legally purchased house with about 20 armed men, and who engaged in indiscriminate automatic fire, as well as a lot of bad language. I suspect the Imran Release Force of storming Adiala Jail with automatic weapons, followed by dragging Imran out of jail, and making him pose with his foot on the neck of he jail superintendent, lying prone for the occasion, while the rescuers, led by Sohail Afrridi himself, take selfies with them.
I must not forget, before I leave, what Galgotias Univerity was up to at the AI Summit in Delhi. It tried to palm off a dog robot bought off the shelf from China as a wonderful piece of invention. It was asked to leave. The VC has not resigned. It was a messy Summit, what with Bill Gates pulling out of speaking (because of his Epstein connection?) and NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang also pulling out (Perhaps because Epstein didn’t mention him).
