Blake Lively Blasted For Horrible Treatment of Employees During NYC Shopping Outing

Blake Lively has come under fire after a fan accused her of “horrible” behavior toward employees at a New York City store. The incident occurred on Saturday when the fan, Landon, shared their experience on TikTok, detailing what they described as an unpleasant encounter with the Gossip Girl star at Stoney Clover Lane, a popular store in the city.

Landon, who was shopping with her mom and sister, claimed that Lively’s treatment of the store workers was “so rude” and “entitled.” According to Landon, Lively demanded, “I want a fresh one of these — one that wasn’t touched by other customers,” and inquired, “Is there a private bathroom?” She also alleged that the actress was ignoring everyone, including her children and niece, as she picked out patches for her customized bag.

Landon, visibly upset, expressed her disapproval on TikTok, saying, “People are working hard in stores like this and this is how you’re treating them? You’re being so entitled.”

The incident took an even more dramatic turn when, after Landon and her family left the store, Lively’s security guard allegedly stood in front of the door and stared at them from the street. This, according to Landon, left her feeling uncomfortable and invaded, leading her to question Lively’s character.

“If anyone is still a fan of Blake Lively, I think recheck your decision on that because she’s not very nice to the common people,” Landon added in her post.

While Lively has not responded to the allegations, she did post a video on her Instagram Stories showing her inside Stoney Clover Lane with a pink pouch featuring personalized patches, including one for her husband, Ryan Reynolds. In the video, she shared her enthusiasm for the store, writing, “Not an ad. I’m simply a 90s child who will forever be a devotee to any concept that includes make your own custom neon pastel glitter paradise … forever and ever, always.”

The accusations come amid Lively’s ongoing legal battles, including a lawsuit filed against director Justin Baldoni in December 2024, accusing him of sexual harassment on the set of It Ends with Us. Baldoni has denied the allegations and filed a $400 million counter-suit against Lively, her husband, and their publicist, Leslie Sloane. The legal proceedings are expected to begin in March 2026.
