Justin Bieber is making it clear that he won’t be leaving Los Angeles despite ongoing pressure from critics and paparazzi. The 31-year-old pop star, who resides in a luxurious $25 million home in Beverly Hills with his wife, Hailey Bieber, and their eight-month-old son, Jack, took to Instagram to address rumors that he and his family should leave the city.
In an Instagram Story, Justin responded directly to those urging him to move out of LA, saying: “Everyone telling me to move from LA. You think I’m gonna get bullied to leave where my influence is most needed?” He continued by rejecting the notion of running away from the challenges he faces in the industry, stating, “How can we make a change if we run away from the darkness?”

While acknowledging the “transactional nature of Hollywood,” Justin emphasized that as a “grown adult with a wife and son,” he no longer wants to be a part of that lifestyle. He explained that his focus is on “learning from any and everyone” and becoming a “proponent and advocate for LOVE AND EQUALITY.”
This statement comes after a series of recent interactions with the paparazzi, which have left Justin frustrated. In two videos shared on Instagram, he captured the chaos of being hounded by photographers. One video showed paparazzi flashing cameras in his face as he walked to his car, with Justin calling the situation “embarrassing” and saying, “This has to stop.”
Another video featured Justin stuck in traffic while surrounded by vehicles full of paparazzi. He voiced his frustration, telling off-camera individuals that the paparazzi were “reckless” and causing mayhem in the streets. As police sirens were heard in the background, Justin expressed some relief, saying, “There we go, now some justification for this [expletive]. Hope they arrest [him] too.”
Justin’s growing frustration with paparazzi has been evident in several public incidents. Earlier this month, he had an unfriendly exchange with photographers outside a coffee shop in Palm Springs before Coachella. In the video, he lashed out at them for focusing only on money rather than respecting people’s privacy.
“I just want to be submerged in the culture, learning from any and everyone,” Justin concluded on Instagram, reaffirming his commitment to being an advocate for positive change and equality despite the constant intrusion into his personal life.
