Gridlock

Every morning, there is a complete traffic chaos around Khyaban-i-Saadi, Boat Basin and Sea View areas as some elite schools are situated there. Those who drop their children to schools park their vehicles in three parallel lines, leaving only one narrow strip for the move- ment of general traffic. Resultantly, a massive gridlock is encountered by the motorists. The same scenario unfolds in the afternoon when all those vehicles return to the scene to take the children home after school. The policemen in the area act like silent spectators. Probably, they are too scared to touch the untouchables.
