SWAT: 44-year-old Thanyarat, a Thai-origin Swedish woman, reached Swat to marry the young man with whom she had fallen in love some time ago.
As per details, 44-year-old Thanyarat had developed friendship with Ahmed Shah, 22-year-old young man from Swat through social media, which ended up in the couple’s marriage in a local court on Friday.
Ahmad Shah, resident of Ala Abad area of Tehsil Charbagh, developed friendship with Thanyarat on social media and both the friends turned life partners with arrival of Thanyarat all the way from Sweden to swat.
According to the marriage certificate, Thanyarat is divorced and her place of birth is Bangkok (Thailand) and currently she is residing in Sweden.
After reaching Swat, the woman accepted Islam and married Ahmad Shah in the local court of Swat.
A large number of locals celebrated the wedding ceremony wherein they gave the couple prayers and wishes for a prosperous life.
