LHC adjourns Shehbaz’s undertaking case indefinitely

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court has adjourned the hearing of a case filed against Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif regarding his undertaking for an indefinite period of time.

LHC judge Justice Sultan Tanveer on Wednesday conducted proceedings on a petition filed by citizen Syed Azhar Abbas seeking action against Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif who had submitted an undertaking to the court, promising to bring back PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif from England after completion of his medical treatment.

During the hearing, the court directed the petitioner to attach with his petition other applications he had sent to other relevant forums along with the documents.

With this, the court adjourned the case for an indefinite period of time.
