Pakistan removed from Red List countries’ category on Covid

ISLAMABAD: As a result of hectic efforts made by the Pakistani Embassy in Tokyo, the Japanese Government has removed Pakistan from the Category of Red List countries in relation to Covid-19.

The new categorization will come into effect from July 27, 2022 onwards, said a press release received from Tokyo here on Thursday.

Precautionary measures against Covid-19 will remain in place. Pakistani community in Japan is encouraged to remain vigilant against Covid-19.
