LAHORE: PML-Q leader and Minister for Water Resources Moonis Elahi held a telephonic conversation with Ali Tareen, son of disgruntled PTI leader Jahangir Tareen.
The contact was made through Awn Chaudhry, a confidante of senior Tareen.
The two discussed the political situation in the country. Elahi also inquired after the health of Tareen who is undergoing medical treatment in England.
Chaudhry also informed about his meeting with the PML-Q.
Awn Chaudhary will take members of the Tareen group into confidence on his meeting with the PML-Q.
