Muharram moon panel meeting

ISLAMABAD: The Central Ruet-i-Hilal Committee is to meet in Quetta on Monday (August 9) for the sighting of the Muharram moon.

Syed Abdul Khabir Azad, the committee chairman, will preside over the meeting to be held at the Office of the Deputy Commissioner in the provincial capital.

The zonal and district Ruet committees will also meet at their respective headquarters the same day to gather information about the sighting of the moon.

The information regarding the sighting of the moon will be passed on to Azad and other officials through a call.
