Indian woman spy shifted to hospital

LAHORE: A woman Indian operative was admitted to a hospital in Lahore after her health deteriorated while under captivity, reports said Wednesday.

The spy, pseudonamed Asma Muskan, who had been kept under detention at an undisclosed location, was rushed to the hospital four days ago.

The hospital’s management said that the patient was suffering from multiple diseases and the administration was waiting for a report from gynaecology and the medicine departments.

Muskan is also facing a terrorism case registered against her in Narowal.

In 2016, Kulbhushan Jadhav, a serving Indian naval commander, was arrested from Baluchistan and convicted of espionage and sabotage by a military court a year later.
