The Neelam [Ghar] of self respect

Respect & dignity are the values of East. Be it the ideology of Islam or the cultural norms of our society safeguarding the self-esteem of one’s own & of others is a basic teaching & the way of life - at least it is what it was meant to be. It is utmost saddening and heart wrenching to see the norm of ours & the self respect of others being ruined drastically at the hands of our so called Hosts. The Pakistani game shows have horrifically shattered the concept of ‘Respect’ in the name of fun and entertainment.

Game shows are a regular feature for television audience all around the world. In the past our very own Tariq Aziz Sb’s Neelam Ghar was a huge success and none of the participants were every ridiculed or asked to do things/acts which are even shameful to watch rather someone being asked to perform it.

The masses must bash such game shows & the regulatory authority must take strict action against such game shows & curb the Neelami of Respect.
