KHUSHAB: A man allegedly gunned down his four nieces over a property dispute in Khushab on Tuesday.
According to police, Muhammad Ameer, a resident of the Jauharabad district of Khushab, along with his accomplices came to the house of his deceased brother to mourn his sister-in-law’s death where strong words were exchanged over a property issue. In a fit of anger, Ameer opened fire and killed all four daughters of his brother on the spot.
The accused however managed to escape from the scene, police said, adding that the bodies were shifted to District Headquarter (DHQ) hospital for autopsy.
Khushab District Police Officer (DPO) Rana Shoaib Mehmood arrived at the crime spot and ordered police to arrest the accused immediately.
