PESHAWAR: Awami National Party (ANP) President Asfandyar Wali Khan has filed a defamation claim against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Information Shaukat Yousafzai.
Asfandyar Wali Khan filed the slander suit for Rs150 million, and also made different newspapers, which get published in Peshawar, party in the case.
The case was lodged in a local court of Peshawar. It stated that KP Information Minister levelled baseless allegations against ANP president, which damaged his reputation.
